Do the batteries swap between tools?
Yes. The cordless line runs on one 21V family, so the pack from the blower slides into the saw and the wrench. The corded pieces plug into the wall and skip the question entirely.
Who actually takes my order?
Our retail partner. The buy buttons on this site open the listing there, and checkout, payment, delivery and the receipt all live on that side. We build the tools; the partner runs the register.
A part is missing from the box. Who do I tell?
Start on the order page with the retail partner; that is the fastest way to get the missing piece moving. Then, if you have a minute, tell us through the workbench desk so the box list on the card stays honest.
Why does the price here differ from the listing sometimes?
The figures on our cards are what the listings showed when we last walked the wall. The partner moves prices on their own clock, so the listing is always the number that counts at checkout.
Is there a counter to visit?
No. The wall lives online and there is no floor to walk or counter to lean on. The street address in the footer is where paper mail lands, not a door to knock on. Everything we would tell you across a counter is written on the cards and in Shop talk.
Can I buy a spare chain or a second battery on its own?
What we sell is what hangs on this wall, and every box list states exactly what arrives. Where a spare matters, the card says so; the chainsaw, for instance, already ships with a second chain in the case.
