What we make

We build tools for the home garage: a powered line that runs on one 21V battery family, hand tools that work from your grip, magnetic gear that keeps fasteners where you put them, and the rope and straps that hold a weekend together. Twenty-two of them hang on this wall right now, sorted by where they live in the work.

The through-line is the battery decision. Buy one of our cordless tools and the pack that arrives runs the others, so the second tool is a decision about the tool and nothing else.

How we write about our own tools

Every card on this site carries a spec table, a box list, and a line about what is not in the box. If the bar arrives dry, we say so. If the yard takes more than one charge, we say that too. We would rather you buy the right tool once than the wrong one quickly.

Where the buying happens

This site is our catalog and our notes. The buy buttons open the listing with our retail partner, and that is where checkout, delivery and the receipt live. We build the tools and write them down; the partner runs the register.

When we get something wrong

Specs drift between production runs and box lists change. If a card here disagrees with the tool in your hand, tell us through the workbench desk and we will set the record straight.
