What lands well here

Questions about a tool before you buy it. A spec on a card that disagrees with the tool on your bench. A box list that missed something. A job you are not sure our wall covers. All of that is bench business and we answer it ourselves.

What we cannot see from the bench

Orders, boxes in transit and returns live with our retail partner, on the order page where the purchase happened. We never see that side of the counter, so the order page will always answer faster than we can.

When we answer

Within a couple of working days, usually sooner. If a question needs a tool pulled off the wall and tried, it takes as long as that takes, and we say so instead of going quiet.

Where the workbench stands

Paper mail finds us at 2214 Arcadian Ave, Waukesha, WI 53186. That is the bench and the desk, not a store: there is no counter to lean on, no floor to walk, and nothing on display to try.

A tool going back should follow the order page with the retail partner, never this street. A box mailed here would only sit by the bench while the return window on the order page runs out.
