Where a return starts
On the order page where the purchase lives. The return window, the label and the drop-off options are all stated there, and they come from that page, not from us. Starting anywhere else just adds days.
What happens to the money
It travels back the same way it came, settled on the side that took it. We never hold your payment at any point, so we are not part of that leg at all.
Tell us why, if you have a minute
The order page handles the box; we care about the reason. If a spec read differently on the card than the tool did in your hand, a note through the workbench desk fixes the card for the next person.
