Where a return starts
On the order page with our retail partner, where the purchase lives. The return window, the label and the drop-off options are all stated there, and they come from the partner, not from us. Starting anywhere else just adds days.
What happens to the money
It travels back the same way it came, handled by the partner end to end. We never hold your payment at any point, so we are not part of that leg at all.
Tell us why, if you have a minute
The partner handles the box; we care about the reason. If a spec read differently on the card than the tool did in your hand, a note through the workbench desk fixes the card for the next person.
