Who carries the box

When a buy button opens the listing, that page takes it from there: checkout, packing, the carrier and the timing. Delivery estimates and tracking live on the order page, and that page stays the honest source from the moment you pay.

What we control

What goes in the box. Every card on this site prints the box list and a line about what is not in it, so the driveway holds no surprises: the hedge trimmer arrives with two packs and a slip on guard, the shears bring their own stone and lubricant, and we say so up front.

If the box is late

Check the order page first; it knows where the box is and we do not. No truck on that route is ours to track from the bench, and pretending otherwise would waste your day.
