The truck belongs to our retail partner. Here is who does what between the button and your driveway.

Who carries the box

When a buy button opens the listing, the retail partner takes it from there: checkout, packing, the carrier and the timing. Delivery estimates and tracking live on the order page on their side, and that page stays the honest source from the moment you pay.

What we control

What goes in the box. Every card on this site prints the box list and a line about what is not in it, so the driveway holds no surprises: the saw arrives with two packs and no chain oil, the wrench kit leaves the torque stick to you, and we say so up front.

If the box is late

Check the order page first; it knows where the box is and we do not. We cannot see the partner's trucks from the bench, and pretending otherwise would waste your day.
