From our bench
Driving fasteners upside down or inside a dark pantry leaves little room to balance hardware on the driver tip. We turned these collars to slide over any standard hex shank. Two rings come in the pack, so you can leave one on the drill and one on the manual handle.
Holds fasteners in place
The internal magnet pulls through the bit tip to seat fastener heads flush against the metal. Screws stay put when you reach overhead into joists or down into high grass.
Fits standard hex shanks
The bore matches the quarter turn hex bits you already keep in your driver box. Slip the collar over the shaft and slide it close to the working tip.
Bare finger removal
No set screws or Allen keys are involved here. You pull the ring off with bare fingers when you need to swap bits or drop into a deep pocket.
